Twilio is looking for a Billing & Pricing Manager to join our team in Dublin. You are right for this position if you are passionate about providing a first class customer billing experience and have an acute attention to detail. You think at scale, excel at juggling multiple priorities (month end close, SOX, and audit) and thrive at going above and beyond (customer service is the name of the game). You should be driven by collaboration, as you will be partnering with various teams across the organization, such as FP&A, Legal and Sales.

Ideally, you have more than 5 years’ experience in Billing & Pricing with at least 2 years’ experience at manager level. You have unquestioned credentials with a third level qualification in either Accountancy or Business. Additionally, you possess a desire to maintain and enhance our unique culture and an ongoing desire to strive for continuous improvement by adding your talents to Twilio is highly desired. Finally, you enjoy mentoring, developing talent and building teams.



As the Billing & Pricing Manager you will be responsible for the timely on-boarding all customer contracts and pricing models, in accordance with Twilio’s policies and procedures. Your key deliverable will be to ensure customers are billed timely and accurately as part of the month end close process, and supporting the business through quarterly audit and SOX work.

You will also be responsible for measuring and tracking the Billing Team objectives, set out by the Senior Manager, ensuring the Billing & Pricing team is providing best in class service. Ad hoc projects come up regularly – anything from providing support for reconciliations and custom reporting requests from customers, to investigating transaction history – and these are managed smoothly and delivered timely.
