We’re looking for a Client Development Manager to join our fast-growing client team in Vauxhall, London. The role is a unique opportunity to help grow our client base and drive success across Unrival.

You will play a part in influencing some of the most strategic decisions being made by business leaders today. We are developing the latest technologies and tools to power our best-of-breed B2B account-based marketing and sales planning platform used by some of the world’s most successful enterprise and fortune 500 companies.

We provide our clients with data driven insights via our interactive and intuitive platform. We’re best of breed and are setting new standards in this space. Our target is to influence one billion business conversations over the next 2 years.

Where you come in

Working as part of our client team, you will lead the relationship with some of our fast-growing accounts, as well as looking for opportunities with new clients. You will be the key contact for your accounts, acting as the pivotal role for your clients and internal Unrival teams. Your priority is to always ensure that clients are happy!

We’re looking for someone that can help to establish Unrival as a strategic partner within businesses. Your role will involve creating strong, long lasting customer relationships with both existing and new contacts within your accounts. You will be responsible for identifying new people, projects and revenue opportunities within the accounts you’re working on.

Overall, within each account you will be responsible for maintaining and growing the revenue stream, including finding the need, developing the opportunity, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that the client is delighted with the final delivery.

 

About you

We’re looking for someone who’s not afraid to jump in and get involved on our journey from scale-up to whatever happens next. We’re interested in someone with innovative ideas to help scale our client base and find new opportunities.

Whilst experience in client management is a plus, we’re more interested in who you are and how you’ll approach this role. We’re looking for someone who is keen to jump in at the deep end, learn quickly and has the confidence and positivity to face challenges head on.
