What’s exciting about it?
The marketing assistant role is a newly created one and you’ll be an important part of the team.. You’ll have the chance to really make it your own. Working within a team of experienced marcomms professionals, you’ll get all of the support and encouragement you need to thrive.
We believe in using the marketing tools and techniques to bring Hive’s marketing to life so you’ll be encouraged to think and do things differently.
The role (in a nutshell)
Your goals and responsibilities will include:
Campaigns: Work with the Head of Marketing to delivering marketing campaigns that achieve Hive’s goals and support business development.
Conferences / Exhibitions: Co-ordinate and support Hive’s attendance at industry and networking events. The ordering of marketing materials.
Market Research: Collation of information for marketing materials and content campaigns.
Website: Keeping the Hive website up to date.
Social Media: Monitor and run our existing social media accounts. Driving social media engagement by interacting with clients, stakeholders and media.
Resources: Updating and maintaining the marketing resources library.
Measurement/Reports: Gathering statistics on Hive’s marketing activities to produce campaign reports.
With two years in a similar role to draw experience from, you’ll be a versatile, resourceful and tech-savvy marketing marketer who wants to build a successful career in marketing. You’ll have a good understanding of the marketing process.
You’ll be comfortable working across a range of online and offline media. Experience of CMS systems and email marketing platforms would be an advantage.
You’re well organised and a great communicator, able to liaise with other departments, suppliers and stakeholders.
Attention to detail and knowing what good looks like is important and you like to set high standards for yourself and for Hive.
