Overview

In this role, you’ll design and execute digital marketing campaigns with a focus on the acquisition of new self-serve teams. You’ll report to the Head of Acquisition and work closely with our growth, product, and marketing teams to play a critical role in building and scaling Miro’s revenue engine. This role will be located in Amsterdam, Netherlands. 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and execute Miro’s digital marketing strategy
  • Grow self-serve acquisition and efficiency across paid channels
  • Develop and run growth experiments that increase and improve the quality of top-of-funnel traffic and conversions
  • Optimize the path to conversion for self-serve
  • Own the forecast of self-serve sign-ups from paid channels
  • Partner with Demand Generation to support integrated, enterprise marketing strategies
  • Ensure high-quality and on-brand ads and copy

 

What you’ll need:

  • Direct experience building and optimizing self-service acquisition strategies
  • Deep knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Proven results driving high-volume acquisition campaigns
  • Experience running tests that increase conversion and quality
  • Capacity to perform in a high-growth environment
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams
  • Is analytical and have the ability to draw conclusions from a broad dataset
  • Be a builder; you can build and operationalize processes to scale
