Job Description

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’re mission is to drive lead generation programs that will bring our value proposition into the hands of medium and large companies. Together we want to work on tailoring acquisition strategies to what the local markets need, and then scale from there. You will build acquisition strategies from the ground up, combining traditional and ingenious growth techniques. It’s all up to you in which channels you will play and how you will play.

We love to work with people that get out of bed every day thinking how we can hack our growth faster and better. You will be part of the Rydoo marketing team, based at our Global HQ in Mechelen.

You will:

  • Define and execute a strategy to attract medium and large businesses globally
  • Team-up with local account management teams to tailor your strategies to their unique markets
  • Execute local strategies with agencies in the field, creating MQLs through lead-generation initiatives including email campaigns, webinars, nurture programs, events, SEM, SEO, content marketing, etc.
  • Dive into data to formulate and test potential impactful campaigns in a rigorous fashion
  • Use a segmented approach to run creative B2B marketing programs in 20+ languages
  • Work cross functionally with teams like content marketing, product, sales, analytics, to build new initiatives
  • Bring fresh creative scalable lead generation and nurturing programs to life from A to Z, unlocking incremental growth for Rydoo
  • Present channel strategies, plans and results to senior and leadership teams

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years on a similar role in a B2B environment
  • Solid experience managing paid and organic campaigns at scale
  • Established a track record in demand, lead generation and nurturing programs for B2B companies, with a bias towards digital channels
  • You have basic understanding of SQL or you’re eager to learn
  • Experience with cross-channel campaigns, with a laser focus on conversion
  • Comfortable with technologies like marketing automation, CRM and predictive modeling, Hubspot
  • You understand the difference between vanity and performance metrics
  • You are comfortable with challenging marketing and commercial teams using data
