Role

We are looking for a Marketing Automation & CRM Specialist to create, implement and maintain best practice processes in CRM design, data management and analysis, lead generation, marketing automation and integrated campaigns. Successful candidates will have deep CRM knowledge and proven success managing data to drive marketing effectiveness.

The perfect candidate will be experienced with Hubspot marketing automation, Intercom and digital marketing (landing pages, SEO, PPC, content marketing). We are looking for someone who is self-directed, creative (design and copy), reasonably technical, positive and organised. We are doing something new here, and need someone with vision, ambition and potential to help bring it to life.

 

Responsibilities

  • DATA INTEGRATION: Develops and implements processes for linking and analysing data from a variety of sources; applies statistical techniques to analyse trends; reports trends to help marketing teams make decisions
  • PERSONALISED COMMUNICATION: Develops micro-segments based on data about customer behaviour; designs communication workflows to drive deeper and more meaningful customer engagement
  • CAMPAIGN OPTIMISATION: Forms hypotheses and split-tests them in order to improve marketing performance progressively

 

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of tech-driven, B2B campaign design and integrated marketing
  • Experience using Hubspot, Intercom and Segment
  • Ability to apply knowledge of marketing technology to grow business
  • Comfortable with HTML and CSS, able to troubleshoot minor coding issues
  • Experience working with Google Analytics
  • Self-starter with the willingness to operate at both highly strategic and extremely tactical levels
  • Comprehensive understanding of email and demand generation marketing best practices, as well as all aspects of a marketing program from message content and design to deliverability, list management and scoring
  • Understanding of relationship marketing and customer activation, including knowledge of customer segments, needs, channel usage and preferences
  • Continuous curiosity for trying new things, technology, and consumer behaviour
  • Ability to think strategically for problem solving
